    Very happy to be with TopNotch Lawncare. We use this home as an ABNB so we like the consistency of having quality service and excellent communication. If for some reason they have to reschedule to next day they let me know. They always remind me when they’re coming so I can let my renters know. It’s especially helpful if there are pets staying in the house. They take the time to cut it to an appeasing height and trim the edges tight and neat. After having several lawncare companies over 8 years with a couple of different homes we finally feel like we found a good one! Well done Tim and crew! 👏👏👏🙏 See more See less

    Tim has been a such an huge asset to my Airbnb business, maintaining the lawns and shrubs consistently and thoroughly without having to check in on him or his work.     Edging was done everywhere. First time in 4. 1/2 yrs. Grass cutting was completed without places being skipped Like some do when they are in hurry this has happened to me too many times ! He explained a lot to me about my yard and is getting it to look better Tim comes every Tuesday but if there is a time he must change to Wednesday you are informed ahead of time. It is great I finally found Tim. He does the best job and cares! See more See less

    Tim provides mowing, edging & weedeating for me. Positive experience & good communication. Doesn't require a contract & is priced reasonably. If extra work is requested/required we negotiate. During dry times with no visual growth, he will ask if service is wanted. He will NOT show up & charge you, unless you request him to during dry times. If additional mowing is required during rainy season he won't let you down. I am very pleased. See more See less

    TopNotch Landscaping cut my lawn and trimmed my shrubs for a little over a year. They did a nice job and I liked how they submitted an invoice that could be paid online, as well as utilized Messenger to keep me posted if there was any need to postpone a service due to an emergency. Having communication between TopNotch and their customers is another part of the service that I really appreciated in today's environment and economy. It's often overlooked but much appreciated.
